I also want to thank you for coming back and practically completely redoing the job after we asked that the bench be a bit higher. As you may remember, the occupational therapist and my mom thought it was a bit low. You came back, raised the seat, installed new glass, etc. and would not take any money. It was unbelievable. Hi Steve, I just want to thank you and Robin again for the great job you did on my Mom’s total tub-to-shower remodel. She loves it! My sister loves it too. They both said it was beautiful and done so professionally. My sister said,”It’s perfect!” and believe me, that’s not something she says often at all! They were shocked at the “big reveal” when they finally came over to it the first time. My Mom said she goes in throughout the day to keep looking at it!

It was a wonderful experience working with you and Robin. I enjoyed meeting your wife, Sherry, too. You were all so professional and solved any problem that came up quickly. Each day you kept the work site clean and worked diligently each day to stay on schedule. It was amazing how you took that 1920’s big cast iron claw foot tub out of that 5′ x 10′ space and made a beautiful walk-in shower for my 91 year old Mom. We no longer worry about her climbing over that big tub. You are an awesome contractor – arrived on time, kept on the quoted budget, always kept me informed on the process and any unforeseen problems and didn’t cut corners.

You eased any concerns I had trying to arrange this project from Oregon to be done at my Mom’s California house. You responded promptly to my emails and phone calls and explained the process along the way until we could meet in person. You do a great service for seniors trying to stay in their homes safely.

Thanks to you & Matthew, my Mother took a shower this morning with ease, comfort and happiness. Hi Steve, I just wanted to take the time to express how happy my mother and I are with the bathtub conversion to shower your son Matt did. We are so very happy. I had no idea the results would be so professional yet very stylish. As you stated people often expressed the finished product looked as if it was originally made that way and I echo those comments. I cannot thank you enough. Not only was the job done professionally but Matt was extremely courteous, neat and you could tell he took pride in his performance. I also thank you. Shortly after seeing your ad I learned my mother had to have a major surgery; one that would require no strenous activity for weeks after so as customers often do I then laid upon you a request of expediency based on my failure to take action years ago and asked you to accomplish the conversion within a few days of the initial consultation appointment. Not once did you say you could not accommodate my request but graciously placed us on the schedule immediately and the day before surgery my mom was able to use her brand new bathroom and with so much ease and comfort after coming home. I say brand new because it certainly looks as if we remodeled the bathroom but for a fraction of the cost. Thank you again. You have certainly lifted a burden of concern frotub to showerm my mind because the tub was so high I was always afraid my mom would fall. Being 82 with major osterarthritis, osteopronosis, spinal stenosis and a host of other medical problems it was only a matter of time before an accident occurred. So I am forever grateful.
